The NAEP-Upstate NY and Quebec Region is a part of District 1.

Our Region:

                  District 1 includes the following Regions:

                 Upstate New York,  and New England,  in the USA 

                       and

                 Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick in Canada.
