The room block closes September 16th. Conference room rates expire on that date. Our meeting is concurrent with the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta and rooms will likely be sold out on September 11th.
Travel Tips:
The Balloon Fiesta brings thousands of visitors through the Albuquerque airport. Plan on arriving no later than 2pm on Sunday October 2.
New Attendee Orientation will be held 3:30 – 4:30 pm.
Welcome Reception is off-site at the Balloon Park; it includes dinner, Balloon Glow and Fireworks.
Shuttles will leave the Hotel Albuquerque at 5:30 pm. You won’t want to miss it.
